What we collect.

• Information you give us when you fill in a form: your name, email, phone number, the property address or areas you're interested in, your message, and your contact and language preferences. With each request we store the text of the consent you agreed to and when you agreed.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser, device, pages visited and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it. To answer your request and provide the real estate services you ask for; to contact you by the method you chose; to keep records of our communications; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to measure and improve our advertising.

Calls and texts. We call or text you only about your request and only with your consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time.

Who we share it with. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: website hosting, email delivery, our customer relationship management system, and analytics and advertising providers. Each uses the data only to provide their service to us. When you ask us to, we may introduce you to other professionals, such as an attorney, lender or inspector, and share your contact details with them for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed brokerage.

Security. We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
