Fair Housing Notice
Last updated: Sep 29, 2026
Grand Realty Advisors is committed to fair housing and equal opportunity in every transaction. We do not discriminate, and we do not help anyone else discriminate, in the sale, rental or financing of housing.
Federal law (the Fair Housing Act), the New York State Human Rights Law and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination prohibit housing discrimination based on protected characteristics. These include race, color, religion or creed, national origin, sex, disability and familial status under federal law, and additional characteristics under New York and New Jersey law, such as sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, age, military status and lawful source of income. The official notices list them in full.
We describe homes, not people. We don't steer clients toward or away from any area, and our neighborhood pages describe properties, sales, commutes and taxes, not who lives there.
